Surgery and the united kingdom
The growing death risk through the week. British medical journal says the risk is low but it could be better."Looking at some 4 million operations they found more than 27,000 deaths
within a month of surgery, putting the average risk of death at 0.67%." This fact is kinda scary even it is low, and the health and well being/ health care problems. The paper shows people who have their operations on Friday are 44% more
likely to die than those who have a procedure on Monday. The researchers say the findings may be due to a poorer quality of
aftercare at the weekend, when people who have their surgery later in
the week need it most. This effect international business because it shows that other places healthcare is in need of reform.
